Migraine, pain in half of the head. Meaning pain in half of the head. It is also a reason for
mental pressure. Migraine’s relation is with
you getting angry soon. Going out in heavy sunlight. Not wearing the glasses. Having an eye sight problem. Having gas in the stomach. Indigestion. And the biggest thing
is improper sleeping. If your sleep is not getting full.. ..then too you can have
migraine problems. Meaning your half of
the head can pain. To cure this there are
a few Kriyas in Yoga. First thing is you should practise
more of Savasana. In that you have to
feel your breaths. The more deeper breathing
you will do.. ..the more there will be a
cure for migraine problem. The second thing is keep
your stomach clean. Third thing, you should not
have a acidity problem. For that you should
practise Kunjal. Let yourself vomit! In migraine there comes a
possibility of vomiting! By vomiting you will feel light. In fact we make them drink warm
water and make them do Kunjal. By Kunjal too your migraine
gets lessened. You should limit the
practise of Asanas. In this Bhujangasana Kriya 6 times. Pawanmuktasana 6 times. Ashwasanchalan whole Mudra 6 times. And the biggest thing is the
practise of Maha Bandha. In Maha Bandha you should take deep
breaths in and breath out.. ..and keep your stomach pulled in! By this your gastric problems
will cure from the core.. ..and where your gases
formation will stop.. ..your migraine will start
ending on its own. See there is no cure for migraine. It comes in control very hardly! You should lessen your
stress level. The more tension you will lessen,
@the more precautions you will take.. ..the more it will be helpful
for you in migraine!
