I thought I’d show you another upper
chest exercise. It’s called the underhand grip dumbbell bench press. For this
one we’re gonna use a fairly steep angle on the bench. In this case it’s going to
be about sixty degrees and that will really hit the upper fibers of the chest
right next to the clavicle. Take a pair of dumbbells and rather than use an
overhand grip what you want to use is an underhand grip. This will really
of stretch out the upper pec fibers. Benching with an underhand grip at this
