Hypertension, high blood pressure Why is it so? Why so many people are suffering from hypertension or high blood pressure? We will talk about the reasons in another video. Today I am going to speak on The steps besides medicines to prevent hypertension. The foods that we should avoid to prevent hypertension, and will help those who are already suffering from it. The 1st one on the list is Salt. Do not take raw salt at any cost, and put less salt in what you cook. Second is harmful fats Taking as less as possible will prevent hypertension and also help those who already have it. Lifestyle should be active. It means, sedentary lifestyle, if you sit a lot and work, then walk about in between your work. If possible, play games regularly, be it football or badminton or whatever you like and keep your lifestyle active. An active lifestyle prevents hypertension and also helps those who already have it. Sleep peacefully, stay peaceful all day, do not take stress. When our stress levels increase, harmful hormones are released in our body, which cause not only hypertension but Diabetes too by increasing our sugar levels, and sleep, and the most fundamental point about sleep is Night-sleep of 6-7 hours is significant because our biological clock is made in such a way that only night sleep works. Stay peaceful, keep smiling. I say always, if you exercise regularly then you will have a good metabolism and healthy hormone levels.
