If possible, play games regularly, be it football or badminton or whatever you like and keep your lifestyle active. An active lifestyle prevents hypertension and also helps those who already have it. Sleep peacefully, stay peaceful all day, do not take stress. When our stress levels increase, harmful hormones are released in our body, which cause not only hypertension but Diabetes too by increasing our sugar levels, and sleep, and the most fundamental point about sleep is Night-sleep of 6-7 hours is significant because our biological clock is made in such a way that only night sleep works.
