hey everyone and welcome back to my channel and welcome to a new video in today’s video I am going to be helping you guys when you are sick if you are sick and it looks something like this I’m so sick then I definitely have things that can help you out and make you feel better quicker and just make you more comfortable and everything like that if you are new i would love for you to subscribe to my use peppermint oil for headaches i love using this one unfortunately i use it like once a week at least is not more and you rub it on your temple or the back of your head wherever you’re feeling like that the pain of the headache or you can also put it on your wrist too and that also helps with the peppermint oil that brings blood to that area so if you’re having pain in your temples it will bring the blood there and then that will like make your headache go away and it really helps relieve it number two it’s going to sound a little bit funny but that is to watch a funny movie and that’s because when you watch a funny movie and you’re like physically laughing like a comedy it actually help fight off viruses and like bacteria it’s actually quite crazy with the actual like laughing actually helps them off so if you’re watching something you’re better off watching something like funny on netflix and like a drama that you’re not laughing at number three is to eat some marshmallows for a sore throat these will help coat your throat and it won’t BS or anymore therefore if you make an immunity busting a drink this is the one that I love so ID with 2 tablespoons of honey if you use manuka honey that has like immune building properties in it like that he’s better with 2 tablespoons of honey 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar I 2 tablespoons of lemon juice a dash of khemarak and a dash of cinnamon and just drink this like as much as you want you can have like three to five cups a day and it’s really going to help boost your immune system and help you get better quick if this is not your thing is brings me to number five and i love this cold 911 p from David see it’s got really good things in it and it tastes good it’s not like eucalyptus and also helps with like congestion and stuffiness and it is even the smell of the ti feel like helps really like all the congestion and you are having a runny nose a quick way to help make that stop if you put the tongue on the roof of your mouth and like press it up and then put your finger like in between your eyebrows like this and then hold that for 20 seconds and that’s going to help relieve like you’re running nose and basically that works on acupressure points this next one is one of my favorites and that is oil of oregano if you are getting sick or if you are already saying this will shorten the duration oil of oregano my mom used to like chase me around the house trying to get me to take this and I was little because guys it doesn’t taste good but I promise it works like no other it’s antibacterial antifungal anti-viral is like anti like everything but it pays off would put it underneath your time so you don’t get like really gross out but this works super well you put a few Johnson and everything that’s really great is to take echinacea with goldenseal i just have like a picture with a liquid version but i know you can buy like the Astro pills at a health food store on amazon at whole foods but the combo echinacea and goldenseal actually helps you absorb the explanation better and goldenseal is also really good for fighting off cold and flu every one of my teams that is good for in Dodger or just like that just because Isis almost every day but it is so great for knowledge if you’re feeling like flu and sex I like two great fresh ginger like this great breasts gender and then I put it in a little like disposable tea bag but you can also just leave it in the cup but then you’ll end up drinking the chunks we put it in the bag and add hot water and you just have hot ginger p or if you wanted to add this ginger to another loose leaf tea that will also help any of you don’t have like a strong ginger flavor will be hidden in the tea but you’ll still get the benefit this next one if you are having a coughing fit you can’t stop coughing but you put your hands above your head and make you put your hands above your head you will actually stop coughing it’s crazy but like it works another great thing to do whether you’re just going to sleep or even during the day is to dispute eucalyptus or peppermint both those smells will kind of open up your sinuses and get things draining you basically if you’re congested with all that mucus you want to get the mucus out so like you defuse that and you’ll bring that in and help get everything out and clear this next one is for nausea and that is to put pressure on the two points in between your attendance so if you feel here you’ll feel like two bands for your attendance and if you put pressure there that’s an acupressure point for Naga this has helped me so much this next one is for sore throats and that is to eat cucumber and basically the hydration of the cucumber will help Susan its you sore throat so it in particular if it’s like one of those 50 scratchy throats that are like so annoying a cucumber and that will help coat it another thing that will help coat it the bone attack as honey so photos worked really well now this next pass I swear work and I tell us everybody and they think I’m crazy but that if you keep your wind points coverage so your win points are like in the back of your head like right here on your neck and that’s why I like in the wintertime you want to wear a scarf but basically you wear a scarf when you’re sick because you want to keep those points covered because that is like a slightest exposure and one bad like an Asian medicine when that’s exposed then that makes you more vulnerable to like getting sick keeping those covered with the scarf will do wonders and yes I mean even sleep with one on just make sure it’s loose you don’t choke yourself but we went on and keep those covered and my last one has to do with garlic and that’s because garlic is a potent antifungal antibacterial and antiviral you guys ready though there is a lot but I just like ticket ago graded like clothes you put in a shot of water and then you just shoot it back it just works so well and it’s just so good for you and you don’t pace because you’re just like shooting it back so don’t worry about the taste but it really works ok guys i hope you enjoyed this video if you did
