as simple as joining your hands behind your back. The reverse prayer pose has so
many health benefits. This pose helps open up the chest and promotes digestion.

from shoulder and neck pain. Holding this pose will help you to alleviate stress and calm your mind. Begin by relaxing your shoulders. As you bring both hands behind your back, allow your fingers to meet. You may need to adjust a little bit. Once you’re
comfortable, allow your hands to fully meet by touching palms. Inhale, the length
of your spine. Breathe deep, and then release. Try to hold this pose for up to 30 seconds. Once the 30 seconds is up, release your
arms back to your knees. Take a one-minute break and repeat the motion.
