How to Pair your Omron Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor


Omron blood pressure monitors are equipped with Bluetooth smart technology So you can store and track your readings on your smartphone or tablet. With Omron’s advanced accuracy and
wireless connectivity its simple for you to track your progress and take the right steps to manage your heart. Pairing your monitor to your smartphone
is easy. Before taking a reading you must set
the correct date and time. Press the clock button and adjust the numbers using the arrow keys. Now select which user you will be, either 1 or 2. You will need to make sure the unit is set to your user mode when you are both monitoring and transferring. Download the Omron Wellness App from either Google Play or the App Store. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth, make sure it’s visible to other devices
and launch the app. First create an account, then you can
begin pairing your devices. Make sure your blood pressure monitor screen is clear. To do this, press the start/stop button. Now press and hold the clock button on
your monitor until the flashing O appears. This
screen will appear when pairing is complete. If you do not see the pairing screen open
the sidebar menu and tap the pair icon. Now that you’re paired you can transfer your readings by
launching the app and pressing the transfer button. Now you’re empowered by accuracy and connectivity.

  1. I had trouble getting it into pairing mode. Pressing Start/Stop to clear the screen, and then push and hold pair fixed it for me.

  2. I've tried 2 of these units now, returned the first one and bought a second. Neither will pair w any of my android or ios devices. The "Wellness" app doesn't even acknowledge that blue-tooth is enabled on my ipad. I am giving up on b/t now and will just use the device old school w pen and paper. Shame on you Omron, we expect better.

  3. I DO NOT want to share my data with omron or anyone else. Isn't there a non-company-greedy app with simple local storage and graphing? Get off the data train!!!!!!!

I from Colombia and cant use the app I buy serie 10 and useless because can’t conect and support Apple tell me change my country to download it I’m very angry with omron for don’t support your customers I don’t know what to do right now because I buy apps and have many suscriptions on my iTunes any know external app for it ?

  5. Yeah, this doesn't work. I'm using a Galaxy s7 and the app insists that I make an account. However, when I enter my name, it insists that I haven't. Nothing helps. I gave up. The device is great but the app is useless.

  6. This company a penny hungry, they want you to purchase the app in order to use all the features for the product you already bought from them lol. The funniest part is the pairing isn’t easy. I’m glad I returned back this product

  7. I was about to download the app, when I realized the amount of personal information that I would be supplying to them. It`s not going to happen, and shame on you OMRON.

  8. WHY DO YOU NOT SUPPORT YOUR CUSTOMERS??!! Many people with problems, app works fine for a while and then randomly and more frequently fails to communicate and data is lost. More support and more frequent update of the app, PLEASE!

  9. It is incredible how a prestigious company like Omron can do this such big mistake ABOUT USING A SIMPLE APP. I can not make it works, connecting with my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. The previous version Omron Wellness WAS WORKING WELL, until Omron PUSHED to change it. Now I can not synchronize the data. And the customer service phone number, in this international company, only take the calls Monday to Thursday in office hours. This is unbelievable. And not more privacy. If you do not accept the personal data delivery to this new app company, you simply can not use the App. It should be a law against this. I will contact headquarter to have my money back for this devise.

  10. GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT
    I bought the BP786n because I wanted the app feature. However once I tried to install de app Omron Connect or Wellness I discovered I can't because I am in a country not listed (Brasil). Why is that?

  11. I have had the BP786n for a couple years now, It's an AWESOME little device. I had to call tech support after I upgraded to a new iPhone 8+ because user 1 was already connected to my old phone and it needed to be changed to my new phone. Support was very helpful and had me up and running in no time. All my history was still available for my online reporting which I share with my doctor. I have over two years of history. It can be frustrating sometimes when our phones don't work as expected or you don't have the knowledge of how everything needs to work together. IF this is the case, call support. They are very helpful. BTW, I am in no way associated with Omron. I just hate it when people bash a good product when it is usually some other issue.

  12. I'm cracking up at all this responses how nobody want to share their information what do you think when you walk around with your smartphone you don't think you're so one I they're with your information give me a f**** break

  13. Seriously go screw yourself Omron. The "wellness app" was replaced by the "connect app". The new app demands too much info. The layout stinks. You no longer can view the results on a PC like before and is more limited. You lost a customer. You charge a premium for your devices and the advertised functions don't work without having privacy invaded. My blood pressure is nobody eases concern but mine. You want that info you should be paying me for it. Your a greedy a$$ company.

  14. The pairing it is not easy; in fact, doesn't seem to work unlike all the other 8 devices I have paired to my device. Ironically, trying to pair this awful device, actually, raised my blood pressure.

    Please don't let the engineers who wrote the pairing code to continue to work in this industry. Thanks.
