    Just finished doing all the exercises . My shoulders feel lighter and tension free. Thank you for all the videos Master Austin, they are truly great blessings to everyone, as are you.
    I just had few questions :
    1) What should our Leg posture be while doing these exercises ? Straight or the knees slightly bent?
    2)How should the breathing be ? While stretching the arms or shoulders should I breathe in and while coming back to the starting posture should I breathe out ? Please clarify this point.
    3) Are there any similar exercise for Lower body ?
    4) Are there any similar exercise for middle body (tummy region)?
    5) Any set of exercises for reducing tummy fat i.e., for a flat tummy ?

  14. I have really bad shoulder tension so I started doing this exercise but the tension (pressure, not pain) feeling goes all the way to my head. It feels like my neck and head are under heavy pressure from shoulder tension as well..

  17. When you turn to your left and right side exercise, do the feet remain in the straight. It appears that in your instruction you move your feet aswell , in that case the left and right moving action is same as when you do it straight. Can you please clarify.

  23. 6 years ago I hurt my both shoulders in gym and I had pain in my neck and lower back as well(I also have a click sound in my shouders, my neck and somtimes my other joints), after I visited a doctor he told me I have neck and back disc. After that I have visited many doctors and I had done 3 times physiotherapy at these years, BUT there is not much progress with it so far( and non of them couldn't tell me what's wrong with my shoulders). . I'm 28 now and I'm going to do 4 exercises of Mr Goh, I'm on day 3 right now and I have a very positive view about this man and what he is doing here. I hope I be able to back to gym again. I will update my progress every week here.
    1 week update:
    After doing these exercises for 7 days in a row, I fell better, my pain reduced but I still have pain sometimes. it's the same with my clicking sound in my shoulders, it's reduced but sometimes I still have clicking sound.
    (it's good results for a week. I will keep it and I will update my progress next week.)

  26. Sir Austin Goh, perfect exercise….I do this for few days now and begin to see tremendous result. My neck always pain and MRI shows cervical spondylosis. My right arm numb and fingertips tingle. I have started this exercise and pain is gradually going off the right arms.

  27. Hi Austin my daughters has scolosis 62 degress not in pain shes fit happy but doctors keep pushing for surgery .
    She has 62 throasic lumbar scolosis and 45 degress cervical developed in neck. I am left confused as first few years ago no arch and now is gone to the right . Financially lost so much my daughters no better i feel in uk its just about money nothing else and expensive . Can you help me to under how to sort the neck put.   35. Dear Mr. Goh, thank you so much, your exercises is very helpful, please do you have exercises to make my neck stronger and solved my problem with vertigo, when I move my neck back or left side, I have vertigo,my few lower busts 7, 6 5 are down and I have two cysts on either side of my neck.

    After a few months of physical therapy, it will be better after a few months, but later the problems return. Have any advice for my problem, thank you, greetings from Greece

  36. Hello Austin, Du you have for upper back pain? It started sudden last wednesday night and since then I cant deep breath, cant move, nor lay down nor get up from sitting etc and every movement is so horrible that it stops me breathing. Am scared and in pain that I barely sleep. Please help.
