  15. Hello master austin i've been following 3 of your videos (scoliosis, rounded shoulders, nerd neck) for over a month now.

    There has been amazing improvement in my nerd neck and rounded shoulders. Those problems are almost completely gone now. But my scoliosis didn't improve as much. Although my back feels much more stronger now after following your scoliosis video for 3 weeks but the curve is still there and occassional discomfort is also still there.
