Village. Just do a circular rotation all on your palm cause that would break up any tension
areas and any problem areas that you have. Actually I have massage a client that once
I just started doing this he is like Wow I really notice the blood flow, I really notice
the pain decreasing. I was like ya you really don’t notice how much tension you hold in
your palms or in your wrist especially if you are diagnose with arthritis or if you
work at a computer all day and you are constituently typing your using your muscles constituently
and you when you go home you are not able to stretch them and that is what builds up
the tension in your wrist. So I just recommend to stretch and do circular motions in your
palm at home and when you come to the therapist and get a massage we would do that as well.
And it is very beneficial.
