    This exercise is very helpful , but I am allergic in breathing last 3year and struggling to get rid n permanent relief , when I do such exercise related with breathing with sound( share by you) , I start coughing very badly and throat get sore .

Hi Austin, as I was doing this exercise, my voice started to fade (on the 4th or 5th "ha"), I've had a cough from time to time for a couple of months (no infection, no fever, no phlegm), no other symptom other than shortness of breath and a tingling sensation in the middle of my chest while doing this.
