Hello and welcome to Two for You. So
we’re putting together a series specifically around stress and
what we can do during stressful times. Each of us experiences stress a little
bit differently and have different stressors kind of coming into our lives
but we do know that there’s research around there that can help us. And so if
you are feeling that you’re in a stressful time like many of us are right
now, right. Dig in and watch this series and we can find a few tips and tools to
help you out. I’m Laurie Rothstein. I’m a leadership and civic
engagement educator with the University of Minnesota Extension. And I’m Denise
Stromme, also a leadership and civic engagement educator at the U of M
