Thank you for this video on the health benefits of Moringa, you forgot to mention that it controls body weight. The sweet bitter tasting seeds helped me alot to control my body weight. I simply chewed some in the morning and some at night. In Nigeria, we eat Moringa salads and use the leaves as veggies in our soups but i will like to know other ways to use Moringa seed and the leaves to achieve all you have said. For example, how do i apply it to my skin and hair, do i make a drink out of the powder etc. Thank you.

  7. I live in Florida and have a morninga tree in my backyard. It was less than $10 and grows very fast. The seed pods that grow on it are so delicious in soups and other dishes. The leaves are tasty too.

  8. moringa or malungay is very rich in vit A and many health benefits…no need to look for powder..if u have this in your backyard u can eat it and cook by putting in fish or any other way how to cook it even the flower and the seeds…if you want to plant its very easy and grow immediately and will give u abundant leaves.

  9. I have been taking moringa leaf powder since 10 days… And I would say dosage is important.. One teaspoon for the beginners and to 1 tbsp… More than this you would feel low bp levels.. As one day I consumed more.. In middle of the day I needed electrolytes to keep myself calm.. So better watch these steps:
    1. Shouldn't be taken empty stomach as it acts as a laxative.. Take after breakfast or with oatmeal.
    2. Too much will lower your bp.. And there would be an emergency too.
    3. 1 tbspn is enough for a day : you can start with small amounts and increase it to this level gradually. But still u felt lowering of bp then reduce your dosage.
    4. Tip to know if its working on your body: Monitor your sleep it will help you sleep better , also it reduces tiredness.
