    فعلا يا دكتور خل التفاح جدا مفيد
    انا كان وزني حوالي ١٠٠ ك واشتركت بنادي جم وعملت رجيم لكن استفد قليلا . لكن لما استخدمت خل التفاح مع الريق ونصف ليمون مع الصيام المتقطع والابتعاد عن السكريات الحمدلله ذهبت الكرش وخف وزني وشعرت بالراحة والنشاط وقلت رغبتي في الطعام
